Sheriff Sales are conducted at the front door of the Sheriff's Office at 10:00 A.M. The balance is due within 30 days of confirmation of the sale. Only cash or cashiers checks are accepted. 

All purchasers shall make sale deposit as follows:

        If the appraised value of the property is:      
Under $10,000 deposit would be $2,000      
            Over   $10,000 but less than $200,000 deposit would be $5,000
            Over   $200,000 deposit would be $10,000
